MISSION


Our mission is to provide a safe, structured, supervised, extended day, school based activities program for school age boys and girls of all abilities focused on:

Improving student academic achievement; and Increasing student participation in after school, age appropriate, fun activities.

        AT A GLANCE

Excel aims to link student participation in a variety of safe, structured, supervised student activities to academic achievement and tutoring. 

Although Excel does not provide therapeutic services, Excel does provide extended day activities for elementary school students of all abilities. The  model combines the expertise of education resource staff along with the input of teachers and staff who work at the schools during the regular school day.

    THE PROGRAM

The program provides resources and opportunities for students, parents, and schools to enhance and enrich the educational experience of the student. Elementary school students receive before school and after school  assistance in all academic areas.

The activities component focuses on fun activities that help develop and enhance the students cognitive and social skills. Additionally, students are engaged in activities that promote physical fitness. 

Our program activities have delivered  positive results and outcomes for students, families, and schools. Excel helps develop and enrich the academic foundation that students need for effective life long learning.
